Meander Over To Xander!

Xander, what a cool name! Xander is waiting for you to meander over to Williston Animal Group in Williston, Florida to meet him.

Xander is about 1 1/2 years old, and weighs 40 pounds. Apparently, that is a medium sized dog, but to me that is just right. He is a Labrador Retriever mix, so he is actually quite small, lol. Xander is a sweet boy. When he first came to WAG he was very scared, and not sure he liked us much. After a few short weeks he is giving kisses, and hugs. He is very active, so he will need a fenced yard to run, or someone who can walk him a couple of times a day. He walks nice on a leash, however we do use a pinch collar as he can be reactive sometimes, and it is safer for him, and our volunteers. He is neutered, and fully vetted, with no current medical issues. At first he would not wear props, or sit still for photos. But, check out his Halloween spooky head piece, and how nice he posed. He knows the command sit, and no. He is learning other commands, and our volunteers are always working with him.

If you would like to meet Xander you can make an appointment by calling 352-528-9888, or you can email at info@willistonanimalgroup.com

If you can’t adopt Xander, but you would like to sponsor him up until adoption, visit our Petfinder page, and click sponsor Xander.

Williston Animal Group is a 501c3 charity. All donations are tax deductible and go directly to the care of the dogs and upkeep of the facility. You can donate to WAG on our Facebook page, by clicking the learn more button, or you can donate via Paypal at willistonanimalgroup.gmail.com

You can also choose Williston Animal Group Inc as your charity on Amazon Smile, and a small percentage of every purchase you make will go to WAG. You can volunteer at WAG, and Chewy offers a program where we have made a Wish List.

We will be at Two Tails Ranch with some of our dogs, on Sept 25 and 26th. Why not come meet us!
